Tony and the annual Sue Ryder BBQ, Auction & Raffle is back for its 4th and biggest year yet. Join us on July 5th AND July 6th for an incredible weekend of great food and even better fun.

Here is a quick breakdown of what we have going on so far;

Saturday 5th July - 2pm-10pm

  • 2pm The weekend starts.
  • 2pm Steve Franks kicks off the live music and the BBQ is now open.
  • 3:30pm Fat Tonys live JukeBox - you choose the song and he will play it.
  • 7pm  Day 1 Raffle - With multiple amazing prizes to be won.
  • 7:30 Hit or Miss - Do you know your music?
  • 8pm Day 1 Auction - Many incredible items to bid for in the live auction.
  • 8.30 till 10 - The  Hot Tubes round off your day and keep the party going.
  • 10pm day 1 draws to a close - save yourself for day 2. 

Sunday 6th July - 3pm-8pm

  • 2pm Al Sanchez kicks off day 2 and the BBQ starts.
  • 3pm Mr & Mrs James.
  • 4pm Six String Jukebox.
  • 6pm The day 2 Raffle and Auction. 
  • 7pm The Roaring Noughties.
  • 8pm The weekend draws to an end.

All prizes and auction items will be revealed over the next few weeks so make sure you keep an eye on our socials and the event page.

All proceeds from the BBQ, Auction and Raffle are donated to Sue Ryder, Leckhampton Hospice so make sure you come down on the Saturday or Sunday and show some support for this great cause.

Below is a list of everything you wonderful people have donated so far. If you run a small business or know someone who does and would like to donate a prize for the Auction or Raffle then please email info@thebeehivemontpellier.com to contribute to this incredible cause.

Auction Prizes

  • 2 tickets to the final Lions test match in Sydney. This includes return flights from Heathrow,    5 nights in a 4* (or above) hotel, a floating q&a on Sydney Harbour the day before the match.
  • 2 tickets to see England V Australia at Twickenham for the Autumn Internationals

  • 4 circle tickets to the Everyman theatre on Saturday 20th December 3pm to watch Peter Pan and His Merry Men.

  • A morning at Jackdaws castle - home to O'Neill racing. A behind the scenes visit to the yard, see the horses on the gallops. Followed by a champagne breakfast, for 4 people.
  • 4 tickets to a Gloucester home match.
  • 2 seperate lots..... 4 ball rounds of golf, with the choice of over 100 course's to choose from across the UK.
