The Beehive Montpellier is officially back — and with it comes a brand-new food direction from Executive Chef Tom Rains, known for elevating the everyday without losing sight of comfort and craft.

Expect serious flavour across the board: from proper handmade pies to buttermilk fried chicken with pickled slaw and punchy sauces made from scratch. We’ve brought back pub classics — then dialled them up. Think dirty fries layered with brisket chilli, smoked cheese and crispy onions. Panko halloumi burgers with harissa aioli. And house-made Scotch eggs that mean business.

Sundays? They’re built around slow-roasted meats, double-crisped potatoes, rich gravy, and seasonal veg done right. (Plus Yorkies. Always Yorkies.)

Whether you're dropping in for a pint and a snack or booking in for the full three-course stretch, one thing’s for sure: this is food with intent — gutsy, generous, and grounded in real pub spirit.
